We strive for excellence in our practice and this demands skill in performance, social interaction and the practice of ritual. We have a high ethical responsibility to know enough about our practice so as to reach out to our clients and fulfill their needs. To achieve this, we constantly attend international workshops organized by reputable organizations in our field to train our ensemble. These include training at the International Centre for Playback Theatre, International Playback Theatre Workshops around the world, Applied Drama Workshops and Drama for Life Africa conference.
Our weekly workshops/rehearsals help our ensemble keep up with self-training and practice development.
